Terms of use and ShikiMatch Premium
These terms are an offer to use ShikiMatch and, where a paid tier is selected, to receive time-limited access to Premium functionality. Payment means acceptance of the version displayed immediately before checkout.

2. The service
ShikiMatch provides anime-list analysis, recommendations, compatibility calculations, quizzes and related profile tools. The exact Premium tier, included functionality, price and access period are shown on the Premium page before payment and form part of these terms.
Recommendations and calculated classes are informational and subjective. The service does not promise that every recommendation will match the user's taste.
3. Account and age
Premium is activated for the account shown before payment. A person purchasing Premium confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have the consent of their legal representative and are entitled to use the selected payment method.
4. Payment and activation
- YooKassa checkout is a one-time payment for 30 days and does not enable automatic renewal;
- Lava.top checkout is a one-time international payment for 30 days, does not enable automatic renewal and activates access after the provider confirms payment;
- Boosty subscriptions are also governed by the terms displayed by Boosty; access is activated using the personal code issued after verification;
- access is normally activated automatically after the payment provider confirms payment;
- a new tier replaces the current tier and restarts the 30-day period only after the user explicitly confirms replacement; unused days do not carry over.
The payment provider or fiscal service sends the receipt using the contact details supplied during payment where required by law.
5. Cancellation and refunds
The consumer may withdraw from a paid service under Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law, subject to payment of the provider's documented expenses actually incurred in performing the contract. These terms do not restrict statutory rights relating to a defective or unavailable service.
To request cancellation, a refund or correction of an activation error, send the account nickname, payment date, amount, payment identifier and the request to maksimhard1@gmail.com. The request is considered within the period required by applicable law; an approved refund is sent through the original payment method where technically possible.
