The latest ShikiMatch features and improvements, in order.
Taste comparison and fewer mysteries
- “Compare with mine” on someone else's profile: your taste radar overlays theirs and each axis shows both numbers — instantly clear where you match and where you differ.
- No more black squares in the quiz character search: when a character has no icon, a silhouette with a question mark shows up — “who's that character?”.
Polish and small comforts
- In the quiz leaderboard the vague dots became an hourglass — now it's clear who's still solving today's quiz.
- Settings got a “Back” button that returns you to wherever you came from.
- “Match” and “Compatibility” now always show the same percentage and the same number of shared anime.
- The Match page now nudges you to set your gender, so people looking for an opposite-gender soulmate can find you.
- The compatibility page is nicer on mobile — scores and percentages no longer get cut off.
Smarter matchmaking
- “Complete opposite” now works for any taste — even unusual viewer classes like “Omnivore” finally get real opposites.
- If you have a huge list (1000+ anime), Match now finds you plenty of genuinely similar people too — before, big lists got fewer.
- “Oracle's Eye” holders can now view Match through someone else's eyes.
