Who Underground Advocate is
The Underground Advocate distributes his top marks by a strict principle: the less known the title, the better its chances at a nine. His top consists of things that will never make the site's charts — and he considers that not his quirk but the site's error. Every high score of his is a small appeal: «reopen the case, the title is innocent of its unpopularity».
